Time for a change

It has never dawn on me that I am such a weakling.

I thought I am ready for it. After years of training and abuse I should be ready for anything that is throw to me.

Work has been very busy since last 2nd half of the year. The build up is fast and has not stopped since.

There is a limit that one can take. I have taken it with the team for a long period of time. When it is unbearable and need reinforcement, the management(the one sitting right at the top), well I'm still finding the right word to describe. Lol

I have a role, that role has outlast his usefulness. At certain period of the growth, you need different kind of skill sets.

It has been a privilege to work with many outstanding co-workers for the past 11 years.

It is time to move on.
