- Accidentially, discover the joy of running while trying to keep fit after i had failed my IPPT in 2003. I have come a long way since. I am no longer require to take IPPT, but i still carry on with the workout. The blog is a reflection of myself, keeping track of the events, sharing my thoughts and keep in touch with my friends.
